Welcome

If you, or a loved one, are suffering from an eating disorder you are doing the right thing by researching treatment options. I treat adult women who are struggling with eating and/or body image issues. My site is designed to provide you with the information you need to help you determine if you need help. In addition, you'll find helpful informational articles I’ve published on feeling fat, exercise addiction, workout motivation and weight loss.
